Etsy Store

Hello all WP readers! I’m nail biting here to open up my Etsy store this month. I have 8 items logged and ready to sell. Here are some Valentines I will be putting up that I created recently. My goal is to sell paper goods, vintage treasures, curious finds and possibly some older/cool clothing. Stay tuned!

I will post an official announcement once the store is open.

Valentine Treat Boxes

Well, who can believe Valentine’s Day is approaching? I can! I’ve been crafting my little heart out with projects and more projects. One I’d love to share with you is made from a Spellbinders box die and is embellished with dimensional stickers, flowers  trim, washi tape, lace, painted clothespins, die cut hearts and gems. I stuffed each little box with some pink gift basket shred and two milk chocolate Lindor truffles.

BoBunny Christmas Mini Album

I made this little mini album out of scalloped chipboard tags for my mom this Christmas. BoBunny paper with plenty of trim, embellishments, I’m very proud of the chipboard tree I glittered up with dollar bin glitter glue! It was so easy and packs such a punch. It was fast and easy to put together! My mom loved it.

Tussie Mussie – Shabby Chic Valentine

Sooo… I was like “what is a Tussie Mussie”? Well, it’s a cone for treats, little gifties and more you make out of paper, toilet paper rolls, etc… So here is my hand at it. I got my inspiration from LiveLoveScrap on YouTube – Bona is her name. I follow her work and try to keep up with the videos for this VERY reason.

Now I am officially Tussie Mussie-fied, LOL

BTW, you can find tutorials all over YouTube on these, so go search!

I started with a 12×12 piece of double sided pattered paper (thick is good), shaped it, used my tiny attacher by Tim Holtz to secure the very bottom of the cone, then I used my Scotch Quick dry to secure the paper seam and voila, it was ready to embellish. I embellished with Glitz stamps, a Spellbinders die cut, i am roses flower, Recollections flower, Melissa Francis trim, Tim Holtz Distress Markers (I colored in the little postage stamp with those). I also wrapped a large square doily around the outside and adhered with my Scotch dot roller.

Go crazy out there! Oh, I also put eyelets with my Crop-a-Dial to make the ribbon handle so it can hang on a door. :0)  Have fun you guys! *Tip: if you click one photo, you can scroll all with the arrow.

Lost Tags of My Minds Eye – All is Bright

Well, what a thing to happen… Made these fun tags with the new collection by MME, All is Bright  and in the hustle & bustle of wrapping, they got set aside and I just found them!  Oh well, next year’s gifts will have some great tags.

Hee, hee…  I used white acrylic paint on the edges of the tags (thanks Kim for the tip from Paper Loves Glue), layered the paper, adhered brads, chipboard and washi tape to the tags and also used stamps from the collection for added pop. The little jungle bells are from Michaels and the tinsel yarn is Martha Stewart, Michales also.
